We're pulling together real stories from real people who went through change chaos and lived to tell the tale. Cassandra Worthy and our panel of guests will react, riff, and pull out the lessons hiding in each story, because change goes wrong for all of us sometimes, and there's something oddly comforting about laughing through it together.

Here's what we're asking on the submission:

• Set the scene: Tell us about the change and what your role was in managing or navigating it.
• What went wrong? Vent time! We want the real, unfiltered version. What Signal emotions came up for you?
• Then what happened? If you know what unfolded next, or if there's more to the story, tell us about it. Happy endings are not required.
• What did you learn from this? What's one lesson you or our audience can take away from this experience?
