Transformation doesn’t just cost time, money, and resources—it costs people.
Behind every new initiative, restructuring, or strategic shift is an often invisible burden: the emotional tax. It shows up as fatigue, resistance, disengagement, and burnout—and it’s quietly undermining even the most well-designed transformations.
The truth? It’s not that people are unwilling to change. It’s that they’re overwhelmed by the emotional weight of constant change.
Join Cassandra Worthy, Andrea Still, and Stefanie Sancho for a powerful, one-hour live conversation exploring the hidden cost of transformation—and what leaders can do to reduce it. Grounded in the Change Enthusiasm® mindset, this session will reframe resistance as a signal, not a barrier, and offer a more human-centered path forward.
When we ignore the emotional experience of change, we pay for it later.
This session will help you reduce the hidden costs—and unlock the human potential within transformation.
